Benefits of the mixture
Vascular atherosclerosis is the main cause of the development of cardiovascular pathologies, which, in turn, lead in terms of mortality throughout the world. Poor nutrition, poor environment, bad habits are the main factors in the formation of lipid plaques in the circulatory system.
Preventive cleaning of blood vessels using folk remedies can reduce the risk of developing dangerous vascular diseases without consequences for the body. A medicinal mixture of garlic, lemon and honey gives an excellent healing effect, lowers cholesterol levels, and strengthens the immune system. The benefits of the mixture are due to the rich chemical composition of each of the ingredients.
Garlic. Despite the fact that garlic is not included in the list of medicinal plants in Russia, this seasoning has been used in folk medicine for a long time and for good reason. Garlic contains:
- vitamins;
- micro- and macroelements;
- essential oils;
- phytoncides;
- antioxidants;
- flavonoids.
The most important component for the treatment of atherosclerosis is allicin, an organic substance that is one of the strongest antioxidants. The substance helps dissolve cholesterol plaques and prevents the formation of new ones.
Garlic reduces the level of “bad” low-density cholesterol and increases the level of “good” cholesterol, which cleanses blood vessels. Allicin reduces tension in the walls of blood vessels, improves blood circulation, and lowers blood pressure. All this allows you to improve oxygen supply to internal organs and reduce the load on the heart muscle.
Lemon. The tropical fruit contains the following beneficial substances:
- vitamins;
- organic acids;
- pectin substances;
- flavonoids;
- essential oils.
In terms of vitamin C content, the fruit occupies one of the leading positions. Used to prevent vitamin deficiency and treat acute respiratory infections. Thanks to its vasodilating properties, it helps lower blood pressure.
Honey. The bee product is known for its content of minerals, vitamins, and, most importantly, carbohydrates, which help mobilize the immune system. The product has antimicrobial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties. Honey, Lemon and Garlic Jar Mix:
- lowers low-density cholesterol levels and blood pressure;
- promotes the dissolution of existing cholesterol plaques;
- prevents the formation of new lipid deposits in the arteries;
- improves vascular elasticity.
The mixture thins the blood and reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes. The product strengthens the immune system, accelerates metabolism, and promotes the removal of toxic substances from the body.
Is it possible or not to clean the vascular bed with folk remedies?
Vessels are the main blood highway, providing transportation of vital substances to all human organs. Vessels covered with cholesterol plaques cause a lot of troubles : increased blood pressure, decreased vitality, fatigue, deterioration of the immune system, and loss of performance.
Poor blood flow can cause serious exacerbations; it worsens health and is life-threatening.
Garlic helps flush out harmful deposits from blood vessels, making blood vessels stronger, more flexible and elastic. Cleansing is based on the action of garlic juice, which contains important microelements - selenium, aluminum and germanium, which are responsible for the integrity of the internal membranes of the vascular system.

Garlic preparations for atherosclerosis, and not only
Garlic and some garlic preparations have a very good effect on our blood vessels (and not only others) .
For example, a research team from the Harbor-UCLA Medical Center found that garlic extract helps reduce the amount of cholesterol plaque in blood vessels and reduce the likelihood of developing heart disease.
In addition, garlic contains allicin, which helps strengthen the immune system. This is a natural “antibiotic” that helps destroy viruses, bacteria, and fungi. It strengthens the body's immune properties. It can be used in the autumn-winter period to prevent “colds”.
But not all people like to just eat garlic. Firstly, many people are bothered by the smell. And secondly, some people cannot take garlic because garlic gives them a stomach ache.
In this case, you can use garlic tincture or garlic water. They do not produce a strong odor and usually do not cause stomach pain.
Moreover, you can buy garlic tincture at the pharmacy, or you can make it yourself at home.
Below I will tell you how to make and take garlic tincture or garlic water yourself.
But first I will talk about contraindications and possible side effects of such treatment.
Contraindications to the use of garlic preparations:
- allergies, individual sensitivity to garlic and garlic preparations; - hepatitis! - exacerbation of gastritis or peptic ulcer of the stomach and duodenum (specifically in the acute phase): - renal failure; - acute kidney diseases, exacerbation of chronic kidney diseases.
It is believed that garlic tincture or garlic water should not be drunk by pregnant women, women during breastfeeding, and children under 12 years of age.
Take with caution: For chronic kidney diseases, biliary dyskinesia of the hyperkinetic type, for cholelithiasis, chronic gastritis: For all these diseases, you should immediately stop taking garlic preparations if you experience the slightest discomfort or signs of exacerbation of the condition from these organs !
Possible side effects:
During the period of using garlic preparations, the smell of the skin and exhaled air may change. Possible irritation of the kidney parenchyma - the appearance of nagging pain in the kidney area (lower back). Rarely: allergic reactions, dyspepsia - indigestion, abdominal pain, etc. When used in excess doses, tachycardia (increased heart rate) and pain in the heart area may occur.
Storage conditions for garlic tincture:
At a temperature of +12 to +20 °C in a place protected from light and out of reach of children.
Directions for use and dosage:
The method of application and dose depend on which of the 3 options for using garlic preparations you choose:
1. Garlic tincture purchased at a pharmacy:
Unless the instructions for this tincture say otherwise, then you need to dilute 10-20 drops of the tincture in half a glass of water, and drink about 30 minutes before meals (or at the very beginning of meals) 2-3 times a day.
2. Garlic tincture, prepare it yourself:
To prepare the tincture, approximately 100 grams of garlic must be grated or squeezed through a special garlic press. The resulting pulp, together with the resulting garlic juice, needs to be poured (or would it be more correct to say “poured”?) into a half-liter glass container. You can even put it in a regular glass bottle with a screw cap.
Now we fill it all with high-quality vodka (half a liter of vodka). Close the resulting solution tightly and leave for 2 weeks in a dark place at room temperature. Approximately once every 3 days, the tincture should be slightly shaken.
After 2 weeks, the tincture is ready for use. You need to drink it only in the evening, immediately before dinner or at the beginning of dinner, 30-40 drops per half glass of water. Or 2-3 times a day, 10-20 drops of tincture in half a glass of water, about 30 minutes before meals (or at the very beginning of meals).
3. Garlic water (water infusion of Garlic):
To prepare garlic water, you will need 2-3 cloves of garlic per half a glass of water.
Preparation: In the evening, simply chop the garlic finely. In this case, you do not need to crush or grate it, but only finely chop it.
Immediately pour finely chopped garlic into 1/2 cup of warm (but not hot!) water, cover with a saucer or lid. And place it in a dark place, such as a cabinet.
In the morning, first shake this infusion, and immediately after that strain it.
Drink this infusion (water) 1 tablespoon 30 minutes before meals (or at the very beginning of meals), 3 times a day.
This infusion can only be prepared for a maximum of 2-3 days - if you leave the garlic water for a longer period, it will turn sour.
Duration of treatment with garlic preparations:
from 1 to 3 months, and the course can be repeated at least once a year. If well tolerated, it can be repeated even 2 times a year. Or (again, if well tolerated) you can take 1 long course - up to 6 months, once a year.
